the first link is a diagram that shows you the 12v in dash. the second link might give you some more ideas. if you have power mirrors that would be an easy option to tap into for power. just pop off the plastic underneath the switch and unplug, then tap.

Aight, first off DON'T just start tapping into wires from your fuse box. That will void your warrenty, and besides, its just plain retarded to do that since there are other safe options.

1.) Get one of these: http://www.anythinggps.com/ProductIm...e.Tap.Mini.jpg

2.) put two fuses in it, one for the device your powering(slot one), and one for the fuse it slot itself(try a 7.5amp)

3.) slot number 7 on your fuse box will power on and off with the car and is unused already so use it.

4.) crimp the red wire from whatever your trying to power onto the fuse tap wire(the blue part), ground the black wire from whatever your trying to power.

5.) plug the tap into fuse slot #7, turn the car on, and your done.

Does this help?

No prob, you can usually buy them at any auto parts store, check autozone. Yes, its the - wire. Any non painted frame part of the car will do. Check any install manual for accessories on the civic, there is a grounding spot near the fuse box for all oem accessories which require power, good?

So you either used the word "Bro" again because your a dick, or because your just to stupid to realize it. And besides, you haven't contributed to this thread at all, so why the fu*k would you come on some thread just to make fun of someone who has a real question. That is disrespectful, either contribute something useful, or keep your fu*king mouth shut.
