why u need injectors for,, i though stock injectors are good up to 300hp

 

look up the RDX injectors on honda-tech.from what i hear they work pretty good and i think you can use them with the stock ecu but double check to make sure.

just example if u change ur injectors u gonna need to tune it , but there's no way to tune ur car, plus upgrading injectors when u maxed out the power range

 

you won't need injectors, without modifications to them they are good for something near 240 whp, maybe a little less and actually if you put bigger injector right know without any tuning your car will run like crap and you will get the worst mpg ever because the injector pulsation will be to high for those bigger injectors.

how do you know when its time to upgrade injectors?

when your getting enough air in there so that the stock injectors cant keep the mixture rich enough?

 

I would get the RC units for cc/min the car requires or have RC flow test and balance the OEM units.

 

stock injectors should be fine unless your doing a major build or going with boost

Do you even know what you are talking about? Fuel injectors dont spray the same amount of fuel constantly, though I agree more cc/min than what he needs is unnecessary.


Does anyone know the tech specs on the stock units? I'm not sure what the K20Z3 needs but I would think a swap out to the units in the link below would be a good choice for the OP.

I know the greddy turbo kits uses 370 cc/min so the 310's are probably close to stock if not dead on. Using and injector that has the same cc/min but with a higher pressure is a good thing and would probably create a better fuel atomization.

i agree, because the stock injectors from the factory are fairly rich. u dont need bigger injectors yet.
